DURAmanager

DURAmanager is part of the DURAsuite range, this module manages message grouping, redirection and escalation. DURAmanager works with any other message based modules and/or hardware.   DURAmanager does not interact with alarms.

As with many of the DURAsuite modules, DURAmanager is an optional module that can be employed to enhance the distribution of messages to multiple destinations, to groups of handsets as well as managing the escalation of failed or non-acknowledged messages to alternate destinatins.
