DURAevent is a basic event management application and is part of DURAsuite product range. DURAevent allows for actions to be triggered upon certain events within the DURAsuite messaging system. The DURAevent actions can be triggered off many of the DURAsuite modules' internal events. For instance, DURAevent can generate a message whenever an alarm is received or generate an alarm whenever a specific message is received.
The DURAevent module is a user configurable module, allowing system administrators to configure and enhance the actions and responses of their messaging and duress solutions to better suit their work environment and processes.
