The DURAdispatch system is designed for automating task allocation for porter staff within hospitals, hotels, etc. Efficiency increases throughout the entire department can be achieved by utilising DURAdispatch. The system takes care of the distribution and escalation of tasks. Tasks are entered on a network workstation or handset in the system. The system automatically selects the appropriate staff and sends him/her the new task. This way the walked distance is reduced and interruptions during processing of tasks is avoided. The system also records statistics of all tasks and response times to enable analysis of task allocation
