The DURAdispatch system is designed for automating task allocation for porter staff within hospitals, hotels, etc. Efficiency increases throughout the entire department can be achieved by utilising DURAdispatch. The system takes care of the distribution and escalation of tasks. Tasks are entered on a network workstation or handset in the system.
